Something is happening

One could not really comprehend the weird news these days, if one only watched or read mainstream news sources–including presumed “conservative” news sources like Fox News or a magazine like National Review.

There was a shooting in Las Vegas, but the story has disappeared. The Clive Bundy story, which was supposed to get Americans scared about “crazy, anti-government nuts”, eventually resulted in the Bundy’s having their names cleared. There is this unending “investigation” into President Trump’s purported collusion with Russians to cheat in the 2016 election. He is a target, then he isn’t, then maybe he is then he definitely isn’t…people who hate Trump are as confident that he is going to be impeached as they are that the sun is going to rise, and it is bizarre, considering there is no evidence of any such collusion.

There was a giant group of people (Hondurans, I think I heard) who, were marching through Mexico on the way to the U.S., but they decided to disband in Mexico City after Trump announced he was going to use the military to repel them.

North Korea was going to threaten the U.S. using nuclear weapons that could reach the continental U.S., and now they want to talk peace.

There are some things that are even weirder than that. It seems that former President Barak Obama has been shadowing President Trump, when the latter takes trips to foreign countries. That is extremely strange.

If you haven’t heard of “Q”, or “qanon”, then you are probably in the company of most Americans. At least, until recently, when Roseanne Barr started talking about Q, and was ridiculed in the regular press for it.

Check out this blog.  It is written by a guy who has a theory that some types of people are like rabbits: they rut with abandon, have little regard for the welfare of any children they might have, and rely on periods and places with a relatively large amount of resources that allows such a lifestyle to flourish. There is no need to plan and save and invest in the future. Such people are also devoted to recreational sex, instead of procreational sex. They have an intense dislike for adversity, and will leave if a situation becomes too difficult. He calls these people “r selected”.

Opposed to these are the “K-selected” folk, who, like wolves, are used to adversity that comes from times of scarcity, and tend to put a lot of effort into their children’s upbringing. They tend to save and invest for the future. They tend to deal well with adversity, even seeking it out.

The linked blog has more info than the author’s theory. Be warned that going there will give you messages that it is a dangerous site (malware, viruses, and the like), which messages seem to happen more often with the sites of  independent conservative bloggers.

Anyway, there seems to be something going on behind the scenes, and this other fellow I mentioned, “Q”, claims to be working for President Trump, and that the Trump team is working secretly behind the scenes to eliminate the “Deep State” (bureaucrats who have arranged laws and institutions to control the American people and steal their liberty).

Here are two more sites I recommend:

Yout might need a Twitter account to access these two sites, since they are the “unrolled” (meaning, set up to easily read) threads these folk put on Twitter.

Two other, less “spooky”, news sources I recommend are the Last Refuge, and Dan Bongino’ podcast. Neither has, to my knowledge, referenced “Q”, but both have good insight into the news of the day.
