Cooking Squash And stuff

I have recently discovered that I enjoy eating squash. This can include zucchini. It’s the way one prepares it.

First, thinly slice two or three yellow squash(es?) or zucchini(s?) or both(s?)!. Then dice half an onion, and sauté it in a quarter to a half a stick of butter, until the onions are getting brown. Throw in the squash and/or zucchini, and sprinkle two teaspoons of lemon pepper (or to taste). Cook until it’s all floppy and stuff.

It goes good as a “side dish” to Country Chicken Supper.
